Our full process

Every batch starts as textile waste. Sorted, opened and prepared for processing.

Fabric is cut and separated by fibre type and colour before it enters the line.

Mechanically shredded back into raw fibre. No chemicals, no virgin input.

Fibre is cleaned and blended to a consistent quality before spinning.

Fibres are aligned into a uniform web, ready to be drawn into sliver.

Multiple slivers are combined and drawn out for even thickness and strength.

Sliver becomes yarn on the spinning frame. The step where fibre becomes product.

The result: recycled yarn, ready for weaving into new fabric.

The recycled yarn is woven or knitted into new fabric. The same processes used for any textile, just running on a different starting fibre.

Cut, sewn and finished into new garments. Closing the loop from waste back to product.
